Senior YouTube Documentary Editor (Full-Time)

We're a new YouTube studio making faceless documentaries. No templates, no AI slop, just well-told true stories. We're launching several channels, and we pay well for editors who make people keep watching.

Compensation depends on your experience and skill level.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE. If you're just starting out as an editor, please don't apply.

YOU'LL:

• Turn a script and voiceover into a documentary people can't click away from
• Find the right footage, photos and music (licensed or free to use)
• Own the pacing, sound and motion

YOU HAVE:

• YouTube videos you edited that got real views
• A strong storytelling eye. Use whatever software you like; results are what count

NOT A FIT IF most of your work is short-form, templates or slideshow-style videos.

TO APPLY: start your message with "RETENTION" and send:
1. 2-3 videos you edited, as YOUTUBE LINKS ONLY
2. For one of them: which moment are you proudest of, and why? Include the TIMESTAMP (e.g. 4:32)
3. Your expected monthly salary

⚠️ YOUTUBE LINKS ONLY. Do NOT send portfolio sites, Google Drive, Dropbox or reel links. They won't be watched, and your application won't be considered.
