About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our fast-growing online fitness coaching business.
If you’re a self-starter who loves lead generation and sales. This is your chance to work with a world-class transformation coach.

You’ll work directly with a Dubai-based fitness transformation coach and nutritionist, who has been in the industry for 20 years.

You will be part of a strong sales team supporting daily business operations and client growth campaigns.

This isn’t your typical VA role; you’ll be part of a results-driven team that values creativity, initiative, and performance.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead Generation, Appointment Setting & Sales Support
• Execute outreach campaigns via DM, email , and community engagement
• Manage CRM tools, track leads, and qualify potential clients
• Assist in managing sales funnels and automation workflows
• Closing sales membership is an ad on for better sales incentives

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who:

• Has proven experience for atleast 1 year in an appointment setter role (preferably in the fitness, health, or online coaching space or similar)
• Understands lead generation, direct messaging, and social media strategy
• Is tech-savvy with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Canva, ChatGPT, and social media schedulers
• Can work independently, meet deadlines, and think strategically
• Speaks and writes fluent English
• Has a background in sales or membership consulting in big gyms like Fitness First or similar is a plus.

Work Setup

• Remote work from anywhere
• Working schedule must be responsive during United Arab Emirates / PH working hours
