We run DTC health supplement brands driven by Meta video ads. We're looking for an AI-native, all-round direct response editor who can take any brief and ship it in whatever format is winning right now, and who wants to own the video function as we grow.

WHAT YOU'LL MAKE

• AI video: AI UGC, podcast-style, Pixar-style animation and cartoons
• Song ads made in Suno
• Long-form storytelling ads
• Raw direct response edits of UGC: hooks, pacing, captions, B-roll, sound design
• Native-style edits built from B-roll you source from social platforms

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You've built your own AI generation workflows (video, image, voice, music)
• You have a keen eye for the details that create hyper-realism in AI footage
• You come from an editing background and have cut direct response ads that scaled on Meta with tens of thousands of dollars in spend behind them
• You put quality first, but you work fast and usually deliver to standard on the first try
• You stay on top of native trends and bring new formats to us before we ask
• You have an established process for sourcing B-roll from social platforms
• You plug into established systems, deliver against briefs, and want to grow into leading other editors
