Technical Recruitment Resourcer (Software, Data, Cloud & Cyber)

We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment Resourcer to drive sourcing and candidate engagement for our Melbourne-based team. You'll resource contract and permanent roles across software engineering, data, cloud, DevOps and cyber, from hands-on technical specialists through to senior leadership hires.

This is a remote, offshore role suited to someone who works well autonomously and moves fast without needing constant direction.

What you'll do
● Source and identify technical candidates across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
● Headhunt passive candidates using Boolean and X-ray search
● Build and maintain talent pools ahead of upcoming roles
● Screen and qualify candidates against job briefs, testing technical depth, availability and work rights
● Support shortlisting through to placement
● Call and connect with 30–40 candidates daily to build pipeline and gather market insight
● Discuss day rates, contract terms and notice periods with contract candidates
● Help write job ads, format CVs and run reference checks
● Log call notes and candidate activity in JobAdder

What you bring
● 2-3+ years' agency-side experience resourcing technical roles
● Hands-on sourcing for technical roles such as cloud, DevOps, data engineering, cyber security and software development
● Experience recruiting for Australian clients is strongly preferred
● Solid grasp of software, data, cloud and cyber roles, technologies and industry trends
● Confidence sourcing and screening against vague or evolving briefs
● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and recruitment databases
● Strong communication and organisational skills

This role suits agency-side technical resourcers. If your background is internal talent acquisition, generalist volume hiring, or helpdesk, IT support or BPO recruitment, this one isn't for you.
