Frontend Manager: Shopify Stores & Listings

ABOUT US
We run multiple Shopify stores in fashion and home decor, selling internationally. Small, fully remote team, growing fast.

THE ROLE
You own everything a customer sees before they buy, across all our stores. You're responsible for our products and listings, you manage our listers, and you build and improve our stores. You report directly to the founder.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make sure every product and listing looks great and fits the store
• Manage, train and quality-check our listers
• Build new Shopify stores and improve existing ones
• Optimize store design and conversion
• Keep stores compliant with Google Merchant Center
• Report weekly on progress

MUST-HAVES

• 3+ years hands-on Shopify experience
• Experience managing or training a team
• Strong design eye for e-commerce stores
• Google Merchant Center experience
• Very organized and reliable
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Full-time, no other clients
• Stable internet plus a backup solution

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Dropshipping experience (fashion or home decor)
• Experience selling in multiple countries
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and AI tools
