STR Cooridinator Marketer CSR

Summary
Our company owns a high end villa in the Caribbean and need 1-2 people to manage it in DAVAO
I will be setting up a 2 person office to manage it. This will be a fulltime job, based in DAVAO at a coworking space. Its not a home based job. You will not be able to bring friends/famiy/children to the workplace. Please do not apply unless you are from the area.

What makes this job exciting is that you are not just a Customer support person, but you are learning STR marketing and how to implement it, you will be using AI to streamline your work and to make more intelligent decisions. You will coordinate government marketing programs with our offers of free accomodation in return for exposure. You will add value by taking client suggestions and suggesting fixes/upgrades/improvements to the villa to make it even better. After we prove out the system, we may add more villas to the fold and add more people.

There is a lot of responsibility and it will be easy to prove your worth to the organization. We are wanting to give you more responsibility and pay accordingly.

Duties include

1. Guest communications (email /phone)
2. Marketing through channels coordinated through a PMS
3. Coordination of cleaning/maintenance/landscaper/drivers-from-airport
4. website development/management (no programming experience required)
5. SEO optimization to help website gain organic traffic
6. Channel management
7. Gov't programs promoting tourism (no experience required, but need to be a self starter)
8. Bookkeeping
9. Social media updating.

To Be considerd, you are:
1. smart, confident
2. Fluent english with little\no accent
3. Have worked in industry (not all experience is necessary)
4. have flexible working hours (STR is a 7/24 business)
5. computer savvy
6. submit an expected compensation of between 20k to 30k pesos. (Note: at 30k starting salary, you must show EXCELLENT qualifications)...
7. problem solver - don't come asking for someone else to solve anything that doesn't appear in the "manual". Not saying that situation will never happen, but it needs to be the exception.

This job covers a LOT of areas...you don't need to have experience in both, but you will LOVE to gain familiarity and expertise in these areas. You'll deal a lot with people from the west...and will be the front line of defense for a lot of the issues that MAY come up...hopefully never do

We are using Guesty, wheelhouse, and AI to implement a more sophisticated marketing plan to maximize reservations.

You are: smart, outgoing, confident, AI experienced, preferably have some accounting background, STR experience, dependable, and pro-active.
