Photo Editor (Lightroom Expert): All Industries

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time
HOURS: Project-based. Workload varies per shoot, with potential to grow into full-time.
RATE: PHP 310 to 480 per hour, based on experience and test task
FULL-TIME: When this grows into a full-time role, the salary is PHP 50,000 to 80,000 per month

I'm Tayo, owner of Astra Vizuals, a small, fast-growing creative agency from the Netherlands. We shoot for European brands in every industry: events, sports, corporate, products, food, real estate and people.

I'm looking for a photo editor I can hand any shoot to, who culls it, grades it and delivers it, so I don't have to think about it anymore. It starts project-based. If we click and the work grows, so does your role.

WHO YOU ARE

• A photographer yourself, or with a strong photography background. You know what a great shot looks like because you take them.
• 3+ years of editing experience, and you use Lightroom every day
• You can edit any type of photo for any industry. And if it's a type you haven't done before, you have the skills and curiosity to figure out quickly how it should look.
• Situation aware: you understand the shoot, the client and the purpose, and edit for that, not just for your own taste
• Reliable: when a shoot comes in, you deliver on time and keep me updated
• Ambitious and keen to grow with the company

WHAT YOU NEED

• Fast, sharp culling: you pick the best shots from hundreds in no time
• Strong color grading with consistent looks across a full set
• Up to date with the latest AI tools in Lightroom and beyond (whether you like it or not 😜)
• Lightroom Classic, CC or Mobile: we don't care where you edit, only how it looks
• Good English and stable internet
• Plus: Photoshop retouching
