Review solicitations and summarize the scope of work, eligibility requirements, required documents, evaluation criteria, and deadlines.
Recommend which opportunities to pursue based on business capabilities and requirements.
Draft and organize proposals, capability statements, and supporting materials.
Coordinate vendor and subcontractor quotes to support pricing.
Maintain a bid calendar, opportunity tracker, and proposal document library.
Assist with vendor registration documentation and profiles.
Prepare complete bid packages for the owner’s review and approval.
Provide regular updates on opportunities, proposal progress, and outstanding tasks.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. government bids and proposals.
Familiarity with ---------- and state or local procurement portals.
Experience reviewing RFPs, RFQs, and IFBs.
Excellent written English, research skills, and attention to detail.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential business information professionally.
Reliable internet access and availability for scheduled meetings during U.S. Eastern Time.

Experience helping a small business establish its contracting process is a strong advantage.

To Apply

Please include:

A summary of your U.S. government contracting experience and your specific responsibilities.
The types of contracts and industries you have supported.
A redacted proposal sample or sample opportunity assessment. Do not share confidential client information.
