Virtual Assistant (E-Commerce)

We are a US-based e-commerce brand and we are looking for a Virtual Assistant to take daily work off our team. Your main tasks are launching Facebook and Instagram ads in Meta Ads Manager and answering the comments on our social media. We provide the creatives and the copy. You also help us with general admin tasks.

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience launching many ads at once (bulk launches)
• Good understanding of campaign structure (CBO and ABO) and bid strategies (cost cap, bid cap)
• Basic knowledge of Business Manager, pixels and UTM parameters
• Experience answering and moderating comments on Facebook and Instagram
• Experience making bank transfers and paying invoices through online banking
• 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant
• Good with Google Sheets / Notion
• Trustworthy and careful with company money and confidential information
• Organized and very careful with details
• Good written English
• Stable internet connection and backup power
