Virtual Assistent (VA) for social media, editing, leads management

Remote, long-term role helping an online education brand with daily social media content and other miscellaneous things.

Experience is a plus, but years of experience don't matter. What matters is your skills and the results you deliver. We care about results and efficiency more than any number of years of experience. Guidance will always be available.

What you'll do

• Edit short-form videos (15–60s) using CapCut and Claude
• Clean up and cut voice-over recordings with AI
• Manage social media: post and schedule content on Instagram and TikTok
• Reply to comments and messages using templates as well as moderate our social media account (insta, x, ---------- , tiktok, etc)
• Help with other small tasks as needed

Who we're looking for

• Fluent written English (important), min. C2
• Follows instructions exactly and asks when unsure
• attention to details
• Honest and reliable
• Eager to learn new tools and ways of doing things

Details

• 20–30 hrs/week to start, can grow to full-time
• At least 4 hours overlap with 5pm–11pm PH time
• $250–$350/month base pay, with raises based on performance
• Plus commission of up to $80 per sale, on top of base pay, with no sales targets or quotas
