Video Editor — Supplement VSL Talking-Head Ads (English, AI-friendly) — Full-Time, Remote

We're hiring a full-time, remote video editor for direct-response e-commerce (supplements and DR health) VSL-style ads. Long-term role, not a one-off gig.

The format we care about: talking-head ads. A person talking to camera (AI talking-head or real, either is fine) carries the ad, with b-roll clips or on-screen photos layered on top (roughly 15 to 30 percent of the screen time). This is NOT voiceover-over-b-roll, NOT fast-cut montages, and NOT 3D/animation or song ads. The talking head is the spine; the visuals support it.

What matters:

• Clean, engaging, English-language editing with natural pacing.
• You're comfortable generating AI clips and photos yourself. If a visual needs to be generated, you can create it (realistic AI footage, AI scenes, or simple AI product shots like a bottle on a white background all count), not just drop in stock footage. No 3D animation, that does not count here.
• The product is introduced naturally, not jammed into the first 10 seconds.
• Good audio and clean pronunciation on talking heads.

Must have:

• At least 3 talking-head ecommerce ads you personally edited, each around 1.5 minutes or longer, with visuals (clips or photos) layered on top that include AI-generated ones you made.

2. One line on your process for generating the AI clips, and which moments in those videos are AI.
