Project Manager (VA) | Marketing Agency | $1000/mo with bonuses

We are a fast-growing UGC agency managing campaigns for AI companies, SaaS platforms, and ecom brands.

We are hiring a Project Manager VA to work directly with our founder, turning ideas into clear projects and instructions, assigning them to our team (including our tech VAs), and following up until every project is completed.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week.

Pay: Up to $1,000/month including performance bonuses.

Requirements: fluent written and spoken English, available US business hours, experience in project management or operations, highly organized with strong follow-up habits, able to turn messy ideas into clear instructions, and comfortable with Notion and ---------- .

Growth path: Operations Manager (will unlock performance bonuses and personnel responsibility)
