AI Automation Specialist – n8n, API Integrations & SEO Workflows

ABOUT US

InfoAlanya is a growing technology-driven travel and tourism company operating a digital platform that includes airport transfers, tours, transportation, real estate, local services, and mobile applications.

We have an established development team and an existing platform consisting of a website, mobile applications, booking systems, and an administration panel.

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation & Integration Specialist who can help us identify, design, and implement automation opportunities across our business.

THE ROLE

We are not simply looking for someone who can follow instructions or build basic automations.

We want a proactive specialist who can independently analyze our existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement intelligent automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically while also having the technical skills to develop and deploy working solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
• Proactively recommend AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Design and implement automated workflows across different business functions.
• Integrate AI tools with our existing systems, APIs, and databases.
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks and internal processes.
• Explore automation opportunities in booking management, customer communication, content creation, translations, marketing, and reporting.
• Develop AI agents and intelligent workflows where appropriate.
• Work closely with our existing development team.
• Recommend cost-effective tools and technologies.
• Document implemented solutions and ensure they are maintainable and scalable.
• Continuously identify additional opportunities for automation.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Strong practical experience with:

• n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
• OpenAI API and other AI/LLM integrations.
• AI agents and automated workflows.
• REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Database integrations.
• Workflow optimization and process automation.
• Error handling, monitoring, and reliable automation architecture.

Experience with the following technologies is an advantage:

• NestJS
• Vue.js
• PostgreSQL
• Redis
• Cloudflare
• Flutter
• AI-powered customer service solutions
• Automated content management systems

PROJECT DURATION

This is initially a project-based opportunity.

We expect the initial work to require from days to a couple of weeks, but the total duration has not yet been determined.

The scope and duration will depend on the number of automation opportunities identified, implementation requirements, and the company's evolving needs.
