Video Editor — AI Drama Ads (Photoreal Story, 4.5min+) — Full-Time, Remote

We are hiring a full-time, remote video editor who specializes in AI drama ads, the photoreal story ads where the characters actually speak their lines inside the clip, the kind made with tools like Seedance or Wan. Think a 4.5 minute or longer story that looks completely believable, cinematic, and accurate to the story. Long-term role, not a one-off gig.

What we are looking for:

• You have already made real drama ads like these, photoreal and believable, never cartoon or rough.
• The story holds for several minutes with clean pacing, real dialogue in the clip, and emotion that lands.
• You are fully comfortable generating everything yourself with AI and assembling it into a finished ad.

One hard requirement: everything has to be congruent, the voice, the sound effects, the environment, and the people all matching the story.

Must have (applications that do not meet this will not be considered):

• At least 3 drama ads you personally made, with at least one that is 4.5 minutes or longer, preferably all of them.
