Client Success & Accountability Coach (Remote)
Confidential employer
Job Description
The Score Theory is a premium 1-on-1 ACT coaching company that helps ambitious high schoolers jump 6+ points and get into their dream schools. We have helped students land at Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Northwestern, Duke, and Oxford, and we are growing fast. We are looking for one more person to help us take care of our students at a world-class level.
This role is the daily heartbeat of our student experience. Score jumps happen between sessions, and your job is to make sure every student actually does the work. You will run daily check-ins, keep students on track toward their target scores, flag anyone who is falling behind, and be the person who keeps them motivated all the way to test day.
What you will own:
Daily accountability check-ins with students to make sure they are completing their work
Spotting students who are slipping and stepping in early to get them back on track
Helping onboard new students and getting them set up for success
Celebrating wins and capturing score updates and testimonials as students improve
Working closely with our coaches and our Head of Client Success to keep everything running smoothly
Who you are:
Reliable and consistent. People can count on you to follow through every single day
Warm, encouraging, and genuinely good with people, especially teenagers
Organized and comfortable with simple tools (Google Sheets, email , messaging apps)
Fluent, natural written English
Excited to grow with a company that is scaling quickly
Why you will love this:
Mission that matters. You directly change the trajectory of students’ lives
Real growth. This starts at 20 hours a week and moves to full time (40 hours) as we grow, which we expect within about a month
A supportive, ambitious team that treats you like a true teammate, not a faceless contractor
Paid reliably, twice a month
If you are dependable, caring, and want to be part of something growing fast, we would love to hear from you.
