We are a fast-growing digital media agency producing high-end YouTube long-form content, documentary-style videos, and viral short-form media for premium brands, creators, and organizations.

We are looking for an exceptional, highly skilled Video Editor who understands that video editing is not just cutting clips—it is storytelling, pacing, viewer retention, and psychology.

If you are a master of visual pacing, sound design, motion graphics, and keeping viewers hooked from the first 3 seconds, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Long-Form YouTube Production: Edit high-retention YouTube videos (10–20+ mins) with tight pacing, strategic cuts, visual B-roll layering, and dynamic storytelling.
• Short-Form Repurposing: Extract and edit high-converting vertical Shorts/Reels/TikToks with kinetic typography, hooks, and punchy sound effects.
• Motion Graphics & Packaging: Build engaging lower thirds, on-screen text callouts, motion accents, graphics overlays, and custom visual transitions.
• Advanced Sound Design: Master audio levels, apply impactful sound effects (SFX), select music that drives emotion, and clean up voiceover audio.
• Color Grading: Perform clean, professional color correction and cinematic color grading.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):
1. Proven Skill & Track Record: Demonstrated hands-on editing skill with a proven portfolio showcasing high-retention YouTube long-form and short-form content.
2. Mastery of Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe After Effects (Final Cut Pro accepted if workflow/export speed is top-tier).
3. Advanced Sound Design: You treat audio as 50% of the video experience. You know how to layer sound FX to create depth and energy.
4. Strong Storytelling & Pacing: Ability to take raw A-roll and transform it into a tight, engaging narrative without fluff.
5. Hardware & Internet: High-spec editing computer (capable of smooth 4K editing and multi-layer rendering) + reliable high-speed internet (50+ Mbps with backup connection).
6. Fluent English Communication: Ability to understand creative directions, feedback, and script nuances easily.

WORK STRUCTURE:

• Position: Full-Time or High-Volume Project Retainer
• Growth: Performance reviews, performance bonuses, and career growth as lead editor.
