Entry-Level Virtual Assistant (VA) – Property Maintenance Company

Full-Time Opportunity | Long-Term Position | Remote

We are a UK-based property maintenance company looking for a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Entry-Level Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team.

No previous experience is necessary, as you will receive full training from our existing team of five VAs, who will support you in learning all aspects of the property maintenance industry.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and wants to build a long-term career with our company.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:

• Data entry and updating company records.
• Cold calling tradespeople to discuss potential jobs.
• Finding and contacting reliable tradespeople.
• Negotiating prices and rates with tradespeople.
• Map scraping and researching local trades and service providers.
• Supporting the team with day-to-day property maintenance operations.
• Communicating professionally with tradespeople and team members.

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English is essential. You must be confident speaking and understanding English, particularly when making phone calls.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Motivated, proactive, and comfortable speaking to people on the phone.
• Looking for a full-time, long-term position rather than short-term work.
• Previous VA experience is not required, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

All hours are based on UK time.

• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Lunch break: 1 hour unpaid
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay and Payment

• Rate: $2 per hour.
• Payment frequency: Weekly.
• Payment method: Wise.

Training and Career Development

You will work alongside our existing team of five VAs, who will train you and help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the role.
