Phone Setter

We’re a fast-growing advertising startup in Canada hiring an Appointment Setter (monthly retainer after probation and strong performance).

You will call warm leads and book appointments for health and beauty clients like medspas, laser clinics, and estheticians.

What you’ll do

• Call new leads within 5 minutes of coming into our CRM
• Update the CRM with appointments, notes, and follow-ups
• Follow up by SMS and * *email ** to book appointments
• Answer questions and handle objections calmly and professionally
• Learn the basics of common treatments (Botox, PRP, laser hair removal)
• Share feedback to improve scripts and lead quality
• Join daily and weekly check-ins

What we’re looking for

• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Sales or appointment setting experience
• Medspa or high-ticket beauty experience is a plus
• Comfortable using CRMs (GoHighLevel/GHL is a plus)
• Available during EST business hours
• This is a primary role (no agencies or subcontracting)
• Reliable communication, quiet workspace, and stable internet
