About the Role

I'm a U.S. business owner looking for a reliable, experienced appointment setter to help grow a custom website development and digital solutions business.

We build custom-designed websites and connected business systems that help local companies attract inquiries, improve bookings, and streamline operations.

I'm looking for someone who can confidently speak with American small-business owners, generate genuine interest, and help turn that interest into qualified sales opportunities.

This is not a closing position. I handle the sales conversations, proposals, and closing.

What Makes This Role Different

You'll receive targeted lead lists containing business details and website improvement opportunities.

Rather than aggressively selling websites over the phone, you'll offer interested owners a complimentary, personalized website redesign concept.

Our team prepares the concepts after genuine interest is confirmed.

Your job is to get the right person interested, collect their contact details, and help move the opportunity toward a conversation with the founder.

Responsibilities

Call U.S. small businesses using leads we provide.

Speak with owners and decision-makers.

Introduce our complimentary website redesign concept offer.

Confirm interest and collect accurate contact information.

Book qualified follow-up appointments when appropriate.

Record call outcomes, objections, and callbacks accurately.

Maintain an organized Google Sheet or CRM.

Submit a concise end-of-day activity report.

Provide call recordings where legally permitted.

Requirements

Previous U.S. B2B cold-calling experience.

Clear, natural, professional spoken English.

Experience speaking with local service businesses is preferred.

Confidence navigating gatekeepers and handling objections.

Familiarity with Google Sheets, CSV files, and basic CRM workflows.

Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and dependable calling equipment.

Strong attention to detail and proactive communication.

Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

What We Provide

Targeted prospect lists.

Business and website assessment information.

Campaign scripts and qualification guidelines.

A clear booking process.

Regular feedback and opportunity for additional hours.

You will not need to source your own leads.

Initial Paid Evaluation

We'll begin with a two-hour paid evaluation using a small, controlled lead list.

The evaluation will assess communication, call quality, accurate recordkeeping, and ability to generate genuine interest.

Successful candidates can move into a regular 15–20-hour weekly schedule, with potential for additional hours as the business grows.

How to Apply

Please include:

A short voice recording demonstrating your natural speaking voice.

Your experience calling U.S. small-business owners.

The dialer or calling software you've used.

An example of how you track calls and follow-ups.

Your hourly rate and availability during U.S. business hours.

I'm looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Strong communication and consistent execution matter more than inflated dial counts.
