SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER - ASAP

I'm looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help manage content for one of my clients, a cupcake brand based in California.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands feminine, lifestyle-focused branding, and can create high-quality, engaging social media content.

Responsibilities

Manage and schedule social media content using Later.

Edit high-quality Instagram Reels and short-form videos.

Create engaging graphics, promotional posts, and social media ads.

Write captions with strong English grammar, spelling, and brand-appropriate messaging.

Optimize content using social media SEO, keywords, and hashtags.

Help with content planning, creative ideas, and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic.

Assist with paid social media ad creatives and basic campaign management.

Ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

CapCut is acceptable if your editing quality is professional.

Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, social media trends, and content strategy.

Familiarity with Later or similar scheduling platforms.

Knowledge of Meta Ads and social media SEO.

Extremely detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and dependable.

Ability to work or communicate during California business hours.

Preferred

Experience with food, beauty, lifestyle, or female-focused brands.

A strong eye for clean, modern, visually appealing content.

Someone proactive who can bring fresh ideas to the table without constant direction.

Compensation

$250–$300 USD per month to start, depending on experience and availability.
