Position: Experienced Medical Virtual Assistant – US Functional Medicine Clinic

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Hours: 10 AM–5:30 PM Pacific Time

Compensation: $8–$10 USD per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to support a busy US-based functional medicine clinic.

Responsibilities include

• Patient communication and appointment coordination
• Laboratory orders, results tracking, and follow-up
• Prescription refill coordination and pharmacy communications
• Specialist referrals and follow-up tracking
• Electronic medical record management
• Monitoring outstanding administrative tasks and ensuring timely completion

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience supporting a US medical practice
• Experience with Practice Fusion EMR strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and communicate proactively

Applicants must be available during the specified Pacific Time hours and comfortable working the corresponding overnight schedule in the Philippines.
