Youtube Video Editor
Confidential employer
We’re looking for a video editor for a YouTube channel focused on police/bodycam cases.
Videos will usually be around 10–15 minutes long. We’ll provide the footage, research, transcript, branding, and a general outline for the edit.
We’re looking for someone who is good at long-form YouTube editing and storytelling. The videos should feel clean and professional, with a strong hook, good pacing, captions, audio cleanup, simple graphics, and good use of music when it fits.
We do not want TikTok-style over-editing, constant effects, or AI-generated footage. The bodycam footage and story should be the main focus.
Documentary, crime, bodycam, or faceless YouTube experience is a big plus.
When applying, please send:
1. 2–3 examples of your best long-form YouTube work
2. What editing software you use
3. Roughly how long you would expect a 10–15 minute video like this to take
4. Your hourly rate or price per finished video
We’ll likely start with a small paid 60–90 second editing test before choosing someone for ongoing work.
