About the Role

We're a US-focused credit repair team, and we're looking for a dedicated Credit Repair Updater to keep client files accurate and moving forward. You'll work directly on the credit bureau websites to pull reports, track results, and make sure every dispute round runs on time.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, US business hours. Remote, long-term, immediate start.
Pay: $120 - $160 per week, depending on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Log in to client accounts on Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion to pull updated reports and check dispute results
  • Occasionally use Credit Karma and myFICO to monitor scores and changes
  • Compare new reports against previous rounds and log deletions, updates, and verified items
  • File and track disputes directly on the bureau websites
  • Keep client records and notes organized and up to date
  • Send clients progress updates and flag issues and deadlines to the team lead

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 2 years of credit repair experience, ideally as an updater or processor
  • Hands-on experience with the Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion websites, including online disputes
  • Familiarity with Credit Karma and myFICO is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of credit reports, dispute rounds, and the FCRA
  • Easy to train and quick to adapt to our processes, with a willingness to follow SOPs exactly
  • Strong multitasker who can handle many client files at once without losing track
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, since one wrong entry affects a client's results
  • Organized, self-managed, and reliable with deadlines, with minimal supervision needed
  • Clear, proactive communicator who reports progress and asks questions early
  • Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive client data and logins
  • Strong written English
  • A reliable computer, stable internet, and backup power

MUST-HAVES

  • NO OTHER JOB. This is an exclusive, full-time role; you cannot be working for another client or company.
  • Okay with Time Doctor time tracking (including screenshots) during work hours
  • Can start ASAP
  • Available full-time during US business hours
  • Willing to sign an NDA, since you'll handle sensitive client data and logins
