(Executive) Virtual Assistant & Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, top performer to support a fast-paced, high-performing team of Recruitment Consultants. As a Recruitment Consultant for Part Time Workers & Casual Labour, you are the vital link between candidates and the recruitment consultant. We will also nurture you to become a leader and be responsible for a larger team of Recruitment Consultants. Ultimately, you will become in charge of developing processes that will help us scale our company internationally.

What You’ll Be Doing

(Conduct and Develop)

• Organic and networking strategies to expand our database of candidates

• Zoom interviews with candidates

• Pre-interview processes to prepare candidates for interview with our team of recruitment consultants

• Relationship management processes with freelancers before and after their working shifts by providing guidance and gathering feedback, such that we become their choice of agency when looking for a part-time jobs for themselves and friends

• Partner with our Customer Success Managers to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service
