About us
We're a US-based content brand growing fast on short-form. We post at volume every day and need
someone reliable and fast to run the machine.

The role
This is a high-volume posting role, not a one-video-at-a-time editing job. You'll post 5–10 short-form
videos per day directly from our account. Volume is the play — moving fast and staying consistent
matters more than perfecting any single video.

Everything is guided. We give you the clips, a reference video, and the caption already written. Your job
is to turn it around fast, match the reference, and keep volume high every day:

• Light editing and cuts in CapCut, matched to the reference we provide
• Place on-screen text on the video
• Choose the music that fits the reference and the moment
• Post each video from our account with the pre-written caption we give you
• As the account grows, monitor and manage the comment section
• Cross-post each video to our other platforms (IG Reels, TikTok, YT Shorts, FB Reels) — same

asset, more reach
You're not expected to come up with original creative direction. You're expected to match the reference
closely, turn it around fast, and keep volume high.

Who we're looking for

• Fluent and FAST in CapCut — cuts, text, and music selection
• Can match a reference closely and consistently (this is execution, not creative direction)
• Highly organized and dependable — this is a daily, high-volume role
• Comfortable posting from our accounts and managing a comment section
• Good instinct for trending audio and timing is a plus
• Solid written English for comment engagement
• Reliable computer + stable internet

Not for you if
You're slow, you can only do one polished video at a time, or you need heavy hand-holding on every
post. This role lives on speed, consistency, and volume.
