Ops Manager – Video Production (Full-Time, Remote)

We run a video editing team for e-commerce brands in Sweden and Norway. We need an ops manager to run production day to day, so the team delivers on time without us chasing.

What you'll do

• Take client files and briefs, and create tasks in Timeliner (our project management tool)
• Assign tasks to editors and follow up on deadlines
• Check every video before it goes to the client (captions, audio, format, brief)
• Give editors clear feedback and make sure revisions are done
• Reply fast to clients and editors in Slack and WhatsApp

What we need

• Experience managing freelancers or a creative team (video is a big plus)
• Strong English, clear and fast communication
• Detail-oriented, you catch mistakes others miss
• Can cover about 09:00-17:00 CET (16:00-00:00 Philippine time), not a must, but preferred.

You don't need to speak Swedish. You'll use AI tools to check text. Experience with teams in other languages is a HUGE plus.
