Join us and help us expand globally! We're hiring a results-driven Sales Representative to connect with clients, promote our services, and grow participation in our compensation surveys.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact potential clients via phone and email
• Sell services worldwide
• Drive participation in compensation and benefits surveys
• Use sales tools to find new opportunities
• Forecast and report on territory performance
• Join weekly meetings and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree (required)
• At least 1 year of BPO experience (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player who can also work independently
