Project Manager – PH

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of product modules within our HR SaaS platform. This role requires strong product management expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate across design, engineering, and QA teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS, a solid grasp of HR business processes, and a passion for building user-friendly, AI-driven solutions that address real-world HR challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Own the planning and delivery of one or more product modules.
• Translate customer needs, competitive analysis, and data insights into clear PRDs and executable iteration plans.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA throughout requirement review, development, acceptance, and release.
• Drive product design for compensation-related features (salary structures, merit/adjustment workflows, market pricing).
• Track post-launch usage data and customer feedback to improve product experience.
• Contribute to the product’s AI roadmap (AI Q&A, intelligent reporting, smart insights).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
• Solid understanding of multi-tenant SaaS design patterns (permissions, data isolation, approval workflows).
• Strong requirement analysis and documentation skills; able to produce PRDs, prototypes (Axure/Figma), and competitive analyses.
• Data-driven mindset; able to validate product hypotheses and inform iteration decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and prioritization skills.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with HR business processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience in HCM/HR SaaS modules (Core HR, recruiting, compensation, performance, attendance).
• Experience with compensation data products (salary market data, job pricing/matching, salary structure design, survey data).
• Hands-on experience shipping AI product features (Copilot, AI Q&A, AI-powered reporting).
• Background transitioning into product management from customer success or HR practitioner role.
