About Us
We’re a US-based online reseller with stores on Amazon/ Walmart and Ebay. We’re a small, growing business, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help run day-to-day operations. This is a long-term role for the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Answer buyer messages in each marketplace’s respective center quickly and professionally
• Process returns, refunds, and A-to-Z / claim cases, and keep the records organized
• Follow up with suppliers by email on purchase order (PO) status, tracking numbers, and shipping problems
• Keep spreadsheets updated (returns, refunds, credit memos, order tracking)
• Organize and label the business Gmail inbox so nothing gets missed
• Monitor account health and flag anything urgent right away
• Help with listing and inventory updates as needed
• Submitting Orders to Supplier

What We’re Looking For (NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS)

• At least 1 year of experience with Amazon Seller Central (Walmart Seller Center is a big plus)
• Excellent written English and a friendly, professional tone with customers
• Highly Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets (vlookup/xlookup, pivot tables, filters, basic formulas, sorting)
• Organized, careful with details, and good at following procedures
• Honest and proactive: you tell us when something’s wrong instead of waiting
• Fast internet, a reliable computer with dual monitors 27"+ in size, and a quiet workspace
• Fast working with minimum level of supervision

Nice to Have

• Experience with Marketplace management platforms (Flxpoint/Rithum), or similar listing/inventory tools
• Experience with dropship suppliers and handling vendor claims
