Meta Ads Media Buyer (Lead Generation)

THE ROLE
We're hiring a full-time Media Buyer to own the performance of our clients' Meta ad campaigns. Your mission: keep every client's cost per lead and lead quality within KPI (and beat it). You'll be proactive with refreshing ads, testing new angles and trying new things, and you'll operate as if incredible client performance is the only way you and the company grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Manage active client campaigns

• Keep cost per lead within KPI (currently $50 to $80 AUD)
• Refresh ad creatives regularly
• Test new offer angles, creatives and ad copy to lower CPL
• Update our ads management board with ad status and booking status
• Flag underperforming clients on our slow client list

2. Launch new campaigns

• Build new ad campaigns from scratch
• Create and connect the pixel to funnels in GoHighLevel
• Submit for review and take campaigns live
• Have campaigns ready within 2 to 4 days of the client onboarding call

3. Ad management admin

• Check client ads are spending the correct amount
• Report ads with errors, restrictions, account issues or declined payments
• Keep clients updated on campaign changes

4. Client performance meetings (Mon, Wed, Fri)

• Bring slow clients to the meeting with strategy and solutions ready
• Follow through on your assigned client tasks from each call

5. Client communication

• At least 1 touchpoint per client per week on an ads update, change or win
• Share wins and updates often. We overcommunicate!

KEY OUTCOMES

• Help maintain client churn below 10%
• No clients lost due to poor campaign performance or lack of booking flow
• Launch new clients in 7 days or less
• Optimize for booking flow, not just cheap leads. We want leads that book and prepay for their appointment.
• Submit your average CPL to our weekly dashboard

HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED

• Monthly performance review: average CPL, lead quality, campaign setup speed, client communication and proactive testing
• Weekly 1-on-1 with the Marketing Manager
• Mon, Wed, Fri team calls and client performance meetings
• Daily EOD report: wins, slow clients, underperforming accounts and red flags

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience running Meta (Facebook /Instagram) lead generation campaigns
• Experience with GoHighLevel, pixels and funnel tracking
• Strong analytical skills: you can read the data and act on it
• Proactive: "when in doubt, test it out." You don't wait to be told what to do
• Clear, confident written English for client communication
• Organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
• Honest, coachable and open to feedback
• Experience with roofing, trades or home services clients is a big plus
