Part-Time Social Media Marketer & Content VA for Three Brands

I’m looking for a reliable, creative virtual assistant to manage content for three growing brands:

• Farrar Financial: tax preparation, bookkeeping, and accounting services.
• Farrar Automation: AI and business automation services.
• ElementofCF: my personal brand covering travel, lifestyle, and entrepreneurship.

I need someone who can take ownership of content execution, propose ideas, and deliver finished work without needing instructions for every individual post.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a content calendar for each brand.
• Write captions and design professional Canva graphics.
• Edit supplied footage into simple short videos and reels.
• Schedule approved content on Instagram and Facebook .
• Organize content assets and maintain a task tracker.
• Provide a brief weekly update on completed work and performance.

Start with 1–2 posts per brand each week, approximately 3–6 posts total. We will agree on a realistic mix of graphics and simple videos within the available hours.

I will provide brand direction, service information, existing footage, and content approvals. You will turn these into finished posts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong written English.
• Experience managing social media for businesses.
• Canva and basic short-form video editing skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite.
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist with ideas and drafts, while checking accuracy and quality.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting multiple brands.

Experience with accounting, professional services, technology, or personal brands is a plus.

HOURS AND PAY

• Approximately 10 hours per week.
• Starting budget: $300 USD per month.
• Flexible schedule with a short weekly check-in.
• An initial paid two-week trial at the equivalent agreed rate.
• Potential to expand hours and responsibilities as the businesses grow.

This initial role focuses on content creation and scheduling. Paid advertising, bookkeeping, and technical automation development are outside its scope.
