2. You make it better. Keep the psychology and the story that already sells, then add CORVIA's unique mechanism, sharper hooks and stronger AI visuals. Then make your own originals.
3. We test it with real money. The best ads go live at $100/day in ad spend.
4. Winners scale, and so do you. If your ad keeps bringing in customers at our target cost, we keep raising the budget. More spend means more sales, and more commission for you.

• $5/hour base while you create (up to 4 hours per ad), so you're paid from day one
• 10% commission on net sales from every ad of yours we run
• Extra commission when you make variations of a winning ad
• Paid twice a month, on fixed dates, via Wise or Payoneer
• You can see how your ads are selling, so you never have to wonder what you're owed

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make 1 AI video ad per day, from 30 seconds to 5 minutes
• Remake proven winners into better CORVIA versions, then create your own
• Build hooks and variations of our current winning ads
• Formats: AI UGC-style, AI presenter, B-roll story ads, character skits (sitcom, story-driven)
• Follow our ad rules: no fake doctors, no fake customer reviews, no disease claims. We'll train you on them.

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU

• Have made short-form or direct-response ads before
• Use AI video tools like Arcads, HeyGen, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, CapCut or Premiere
• Know a hook from a headline, and know why people stop scrolling
• Can ship every day, take feedback, and want to be measured on results
• Have strong English and reliable internet

4. Shortlisted editors get a paid test ($25). We send you a winning ad, and you make a better one for CORVIA.
5. The best tests get hired. You start making ads that week.
