Full-Time Hotel Sales Representative (Phone, US Eastern Hours)

Hotel Sales Edge is a remote sales company serving US select-service and mid-scale hotels. We need a phone-based sales rep who books meetings with local corporate accounts. This is a sales role. It is not a VA or admin role.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm US Eastern
That is about 8pm-5am in Manila now, and 9pm-6am after US clocks change on November 1

What you will do

Cold call local businesses, contractors, and group planners for US hotels
Book meetings and site visits for hotel GMs
Follow up on inbound leads fast. Our standard is a 4-hour response.
Log every call and next step in our CRM

Pay and benefits

Base pay: $6-8/hr, set by experience
Commission: [your per-meeting and per-account amounts]
13th-month pay
HMO allowance: [$30]/month
Paid holidays: Philippine and major US holidays, full list in your contract
Annual pay review
Paid on time through Wise or EasyPay
Full-time and permanent after a paid one-week trial
60-90 days of training: call shadowing, hotel and rate knowledge, role-play with me
