Instagram DM Setter / Appointment Setter — $2,000 Base + Commissions

We are hiring an *experienced Instagram DM Setter* for a personal development and high-ticket mentorship brand.

Compensation: $2,000 USD base + performance-based commissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound Instagram DMs.
• Qualify leads through natural, strategic conversations.
• Book qualified prospects into Zoom strategy calls.
• Handle objections and follow-ups.
• Track leads, appointments, and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DM setting or high-ticket appointment setting.
• Excellent written English (C1–C2 preferred).
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to think independently, not just follow scripts.
• Organized, reliable, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance targets.
