Shopify Growth & Digital Marketing Manager | Health & Wellness Brand

Location: Remote | Philippines
Schedule: Full Time M-F 10am-6pm

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Shopify E-Commerce Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to help grow a U.S.-based health and wellness product brand.

Our primary goal is to increase Shopify sales, attract new customers, improve conversion rates, and build a profitable, recognizable brand.

We are not looking for a general virtual assistant or someone who only manages social media posts. We need a results-driven marketer who has successfully grown Shopify stores and knows how to turn website visitors into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

*Shopify Growth: Develop strategies to increase Shopify traffic, conversions, revenue, and repeat purchases.
*Paid Advertising: Create and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns that generate profitable sales.
*Email Marketing: Build automated campaigns for abandoned carts, customer retention, and repeat purchases.
*Brand Awareness: Develop marketing strategies, influencer partnerships, and promotions to increase product visibility.
*Conversion Optimization: Improve product pages, landing pages, and the customer shopping experience.
*Performance Tracking: Monitor Shopify sales, advertising performance, customer acquisition costs, and profitability.
*Growth Strategy: Identify new opportunities to scale the business and increase monthly revenue.

Qualifications:

*At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
*Proven success growing Shopify stores and increasing online product sales.
*Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopify Analytics.
*Experience with email marketing and customer retention.
*Understanding of the U.S. consumer market.
*Experience with supplements, wellness products, or physical consumer brands is a strong advantage.
*Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
