Affiliate Recruiter

Spec Op Labs ( ---------- ) is a growing online research peptide store. We partner with creators who make content about our products and earn commission on every sale. We’re looking for someone to help us find and recruit those creators.

What you’ll do:

Find fitness, wellness and supplement creators on TikTok and Instagram with 1,000 to 10,000 followers who post often.
Check each profile against our checklist: US based, public, active, and not already promoting another peptide brand.
Send our approved outreach message from our accounts, about 20 to 30 a day per account, at a natural pace.
Track every creator in a shared Google Sheet with their handle, follower count, date contacted, reply and status.
Reply to interested creators with next steps, and pass sample requests to the owner.
Follow up once with creators who haven’t answered after 3 days.
Send a short daily report with DMs sent, replies and new affiliates.

What we’re looking for:

Strong written English.
Experience with TikTok and Instagram, ideally influencer outreach or social media management.
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working from a checklist.
