About the Role

Job Type: Part-time - 8 hours per week (Potential to become full-time if successful)

Working Hours: Must be available to contact prospects between 09:00 & 13:00 (UK)

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and experienced Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to join our growing team.
Your primary responsibility will be to contact UK businesses, introduce PYPLINE's marketing services, and book qualified discovery calls with potential customers. This is not a sales closing position. Your goal is to identify potential customers, generate interest, and book appointments for our team.

You will be speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers, helping them understand how our solutions could benefit their businesses. We are looking for somebody who is comfortable speaking to new people, knows how to handle objections, and can build rapport naturally over the telephone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound cold calls to UK businesses and potential customers. (Prospect lists will be provided)
  • Introduce PYPLINE's digital marketing and automation services.
  • Ask relevant questions to understand their current marketing activities and challenges.
  • Explain how PYPLINE could help them generate more enquiries and customers.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently.
  • Book qualified discovery calls directly into our calendar.
  • Follow up with interested prospects who haven't booked an appointment.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and appointments in our CRM.
  • Provide regular updates on calling activity, appointments booked and prospect feedback.

REQUIREMENTS
Essential

  • Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales or B2B appointment setting.
  • Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
  • Confident and natural telephone communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with UK business owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience handling objections and overcoming initial rejection.
  • Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.
  • Reliable internet connection, quality headset and quiet working environment.
  • Availability during UK business hours.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working with UK businesses.
  • Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, SaaS or technology services.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly GoHighLevel.
  • Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites or marketing automation.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect research.

You do not need to be a digital marketing expert. We will provide information and guidance on our services.
However, you must be an experienced and confident communicator who can turn cold conversations into genuine business opportunities.
