Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Guest Communications Specialist to join our short term rental team based in Dubai. The primary responsibility is to manage guest messages and inquiries across Airbnb, Booking com, and other online booking channels using Guesty.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in guest communications within the vacation rental or hospitality industry and be comfortable handling guest inquiries, check in instructions, booking questions, and guest concerns professionally and promptly.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest messages and inquiries across Airbnb, Booking com, and other OTAs.

Manage pre booking, pre arrival, in stay, and post stay communications.

Provide accurate information about reservations, check in procedures, property details, and house rules.

Handle guest concerns professionally and coordinate with the Operations Team.

Monitor messages and ensure timely responses across all platforms.

Maintain accurate reservation information and communication records in Guesty.

Requirements

Must have previous experience in guest communications for short term rentals or vacation rentals.

Must have hands on experience using Guesty.

Experience managing Airbnb, Booking com, Expedia, and other OTA communications.

Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.

Able to handle multiple conversations and prioritize urgent guest concerns.

Reliable, organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently.
