Smart Generalist / Operations Assistant

We are a fast-growing US e-commerce brand doing seven figures a year. Our best team member started as a virtual assistant. Today she edits videos, writes ad scripts, reviews creatives and runs operations. She did not know how to do most of this when she started. She learned fast, figured things out on her own, and asked smart questions only when she really needed to.

We want more people like her.

This is not a job with one fixed task. You will do whatever the business needs that week: editing short video ads, reviewing videos before they go live, helping with scripts, customer service, research, organizing files, working with AI tools. We teach you. You learn fast and then you own it.

You are a good fit if:

You understand new things quickly, the first time
You try to find the answer yourself before asking, and when you ask, you ask one clear question with your own proposed answer
You remember instructions and do not need to be told twice
You work fast without making careless mistakes
You write and speak clear English
You get bored doing the same thing forever and want to grow

You are NOT a good fit if:

You need step by step instructions for everything
You ask about every small detail before starting
You wait for someone to tell you what to do next

Experience in video editing, copywriting or e-commerce is a plus, not a requirement. We care more about how you think than about your resume.
