About the Role

We’re a Christmas light installation company looking for a reliable virtual assistant to create AI Christmas lighting mockups for businesses and email each business its personalized mockup.

This is a focused, repetitive role. Your entire workday will be spent creating mockups and sending outreach email s.

We already have an automated AI mockup process in place. We’ll provide the tools, instructions, and email templates you need. You’ll follow our process, check that each mockup looks correct, and email it to the corresponding business.

Daily Responsibilities

Create Christmas lighting mockups using our provided AI tools and process.
Check each mockup for quality and accuracy.

Email businesses with their personalized mockup using our templates.
Make sure each business receives the correct image.
Track completed mockups, email s sent, and responses.
Stay organized and maintain consistent output throughout your shift.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail.
Good written English.
Reliable internet connection and your own computer.
Comfortable using AI tools, email , and spreadsheets.
Able to follow instructions and work independently.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks for 8 hours per day.

Previous experience with AI image tools or email outreach is helpful, but we can train the right person. Graphic design experience is not required.
