Part-Time Social Media Manager/ Video Editor

WE’RE HIRING: PART-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / VIDEO EDITOR

We’re looking for a highly creative, experienced, and proactive Social Media Manager / Video Editor who can take an idea and turn it into strong, engaging content.

This is a PART-TIME position.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong video editing skills, especially for TikTok & Instagram Reels
• Creative and confident with content direction
• Comfortable directing content shoots and knowing what shots, angles, hooks, and visuals are needed
• Able to think independently and make creative decisions without needing constant direction
• Proactive, resourceful, and always thinking of ways to make content better
• Strong understanding of U.S. Gen Z trends, culture, and social media
• Natural U.S. English accent and strong spoken English
• Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, transitions, and overall visual quality
• Someone who knows their craft and can take ownership of the creative process from idea → shoot → edit → final content

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just wait for instructions, but can confidently say:

“Here’s what I think we should do, and here’s how we can make it better.”

UNPAID TRIAL

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete:

• 1 carousel
• 1 short-form Reel (15–30 seconds)

The trial is designed to assess your design, creativity, editing skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the brand’s content and visual style.
