My name Is Jansen. I am a UGC creator looking for a video editor who can help 10x my video output volume.
The Role
I'm hiring a UGC Creator & Short-Form Video Editor to turn products and ideas into scroll-stopping videos. You’ll create and edit platform-native content with strong hooks, natural storytelling, and clear calls-to-action. You should understand that the first few seconds of a video d ---------- whether anyone watches the rest.
Responsibilities -
- Edit original UGC videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit short-form videos with captions, text overlays, and transitions
- Create UGC-style ads for paid social campaigns
- Repurpose existing content across platforms
Qualifications
- Proven experience creating UGC and short-form video content
- A portfolio of TikTok, Reels, or Shorts work (please include links)
- Strong editing skills with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Solid grasp of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and CTAs
- Familiarity with current trends and platform best practices
- Reliable, communicative, and able to meet deadlines
