Client Success & Healthcare Provider Development Manager

WE'RE HIRING: CLIENT SUCCESS & PROVIDER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven professional to manage the implementation and growth of our healthcare and human services consulting clients.

This is NOT a basic virtual assistant position.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Medicaid waiver programs, healthcare provider enrollment, home care agency operations, credentialing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage clients from onboarding through completion of their purchased consulting packages.

Coordinate NPI applications, COMMBUYS registrations, MassHealth provider enrollment processes, and technical assistance sessions.

Research Medicaid waiver and HCBS provider requirements across applicable states.

Assist clients with home care, independent living, and other healthcare or human services business development requirements.

Coordinate business documents, policies and procedures, logos, brochures, and marketing materials.

Research government contracts, provider network opportunities, and business growth strategies.

Maintain detailed client progress trackers, deadlines, and application records.

Communicate directly with clients and provide regular updates.

Ensure all contracted deliverables are completed and properly documented.

Prepare completed client files for transition to our placement and referral coordination team.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in healthcare provider enrollment, credentialing, Medicaid/HCBS programs, or related healthcare consulting operations.

Strong understanding of home care or human services provider requirements.

Experience managing multiple client projects and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and follow through without constant supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Massachusetts MassHealth.

Familiarity with COMMBUYS, NPPES/NPI, and government procurement systems.

Experience with Medicaid waiver programs, ASAP networks, home care agency setup, or provider contracting.

Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare organizations.
