Senior Accounting & Claims Manager

About Us:

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based operations company looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and highly experienced Senior Accounting & Claims Manager to take full ownership of our financial data, expenditure control, claims processing, and payroll workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Claims Management: Oversee and audit all incoming claims, company expenditure records, and vendor payouts with absolute accuracy.

Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll operations for remote staff, ensuring precise and timely disbursement.

Data Closing & Reconciliation: Conduct thorough monthly and period-end data closings, reconciling accounts and verifying financial accuracy.

Discrepancy Control: Identify financial anomalies, root causes of accounting discrepancies, and enforce strict spending controls across departments.

Reporting: Provide clean, reliable financial summaries and insights to executive leadership.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in corporate accounting, financial auditing, or claims management (BPO or U.S. accounts experience preferred).

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is a strong advantage.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management software.

Exceptional attention to detail, high analytical capability, and absolute integrity with sensitive financial data.

Proven ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and manage financial workflows without micro-management.
