Remote freelance role — Philippines welcome

I'm looking for a skilled video editor for my barber brand, Tcutz, creating TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

The key requirement is the ability to replicate my personal editing style. I will provide videos that I've edited myself, and I need you to study and recreate the timing, transitions, sound effects, music, captions, colour grading, effects and overall feel as closely as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse my reference edits and reproduce the style.
• Edit raw barber footage into engaging short-form videos.
• Select the best clips, create hooks and use appropriate transitions and sound design.
• Deliver polished 9:16 vertical videos ready to post.
• Make revisions based on feedback.

Hiring process:
1. I provide a reference video and, where available, the matching raw footage.
2. You recreate the edit as closely as possible.
3. I review the result.
4. If we're a good fit, we discuss ongoing work and payment.

Requirements: short-form editing experience, attention to detail, reliable communication and experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
