Part-Time Operations Assistant — Social Media & Outreach Support (Remote)
Confidential employer
Who we are
RenderVibe ( ---------- ) is a small, founder-led software business. Our product turns ordinary real-estate listing photos into professionally staged renders, and we sell to realtors, brokerages, home stagers, photographers, and builders in the US and Canada. We are a small team, we work from written playbooks, and we are hiring one part-time operations assistant.
The job
You will run daily operations for our social media accounts and support our sales outreach. The work is precise, repetitive, and important. Everything is done from written instructions — your job is to follow them exactly, report exactly what happened, and flag problems the moment you see them.
Your duties:
- Set up, warm up, and operate social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube) for a set of content personas, following a written playbook step by step
- Post approved content on schedule and log every action with live links
- Research real-estate businesses online and record their publicly published business contact details — accurately, with the source page for every detail
- Send outreach messages using word-for-word scripts we provide (you personalize only the parts the script marks)
- Keep a tracking sheet perfectly up to date: every account, every post, every message, every reply
- Send a written end-of-day report every working day, in our format, with live links — including days when the numbers are zero
What we need from you
- You follow written instructions exactly. If a script says send these words, you send these words. If a step can't be done as written, you flag it immediately and keep working on everything else — you never silently improvise and you never quietly skip it.
- You are honest about numbers. If you did 18, you report 18. If something you did doesn't match what you reported, you say so in the same report.
- You never guess contact details. If a business has not published an email address, you write "none" and move on. A blank is always better than a guess here.
- You report daily, with links. "Done" is not a report. A link that can be clicked and checked is a report.
- Strong written English. You will send messages to North American businesses in the founder's name.
- Reliable internet, your own computer, and comfort with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and learning new tools (we will train you on our systems).
- Social media account management experience is a plus. Real-estate familiarity is a plus. Neither is required — precision and honesty are required.
- Sales or outreach experience is a strong plus — cold outreach, lead generation, appointment-setting, or follow-up work for a business. It carries a higher starting rate (see below). Describe it in Question 8.
Hours and pay
- Approximately 20 hours per week, remote, Philippines-based
- Work is mostly async, but some posting and reply windows are tied to North American business hours — say in your application which hours you can genuinely cover
- Rate: $6 per hour, paid via Wise. Candidates with proven sales or outreach experience start at $8 per hour.
- Start: the selected candidate starts in the second half of October 2026; the exact start date will be confirmed during selection
How to apply — read this carefully
Answer ALL of the screening questions below, in your application. Applications that skip any question will be ignored — this is the first test of the exact skill this job runs on.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a paid trial task (about 2–3 hours, paid via Wise on completion) before any offer is made. The trial uses real samples of this job's actual work. We hire from the trial results, not from interviews alone.
Screening questions:
1. Start your answer to this question with the exact words "I read it all:" — then tell us, in two or three sentences, about the most repetitive, detail-heavy task you have done for a client or employer.
2. A task in your written instructions cannot be done exactly as written — for example, a link is broken or a step is impossible on the platform. Walk us through exactly what you would do, in order.
3. You need a business's contact email . Their website has a contact form but no email address published anywhere, and no email on their social profiles either. What do you do? List what you would do and what you would not do.
4. Your end-of-day report says you sent 20 messages, but your breakdown by category adds up to 18. You notice this after sending the report. What do you do?
5. Rewrite this messy note as a clean 3-line status update: "so today i did the warmup for vanessa and sofia ig and tiktok, dre ig only because fb login problem again, posted vanessa reel, will fix fb tomorrow maybe."
6. Which social platforms have you personally managed accounts on, and what happened the last time an account you managed got restricted, flagged, or locked? (If it has never happened, say so.)
7. Which hours can you actually work each week (Philippine time), and what other jobs or commitments do you currently have?
8. Describe any sales, outreach, or appointment-setting experience you have: what you sold or promoted, who you reached out to, roughly how many outreaches you handled in a typical week, and what results you got. If you have none, say so plainly — honesty here counts for more than experience.
