Skills & Responsibilities

• GoHighLevel CRM: Experience managing contacts, pipelines, calendars, campaigns, and automations.
• WorkDrive & Document Organization: Organize sales and marketing materials, product information, and SOPs into a clean, easy-to-navigate resource for the sales team.
• Zoom Video Management: Upload weekly sales meeting recordings, perform minor video edits, and organize videos in WorkDrive for team members to review.
• Sales Team Follow-Up: Send weekly communications, coordinate meeting reminders, and follow up with sales representatives regarding GoHighLevel onboarding and outstanding tasks.
• Google Workspace: Experience with Google Calendar, Sheets, and document management is helpful.
• Asana: Experience with task management is a plus not required, but training will be provided.

GoHighLevel Experience Levels

Level 1 – Advanced (GoHighLevel Specialist)
I can independently set up, configure, and manage GoHighLevel accounts, including building complex workflows, automations, sales funnels, pipelines, integrations, and snapshots. I can troubleshoot issues without supervision.

Level 2 – Intermediate (GoHighLevel CRM Coordinator)
I have hands-on experience managing contacts, pipelines, campaigns, calendars, and basic automations. I can handle daily CRM responsibilities independently but may need assistance with advanced configurations.
