The Role
You own our marketing funnel. Your job is to hit a sales quantity target at or under a CPA target: generate traffic efficiently (CPC), convert it (CR), and track it well enough to know which lever to pull. The channels you'll run are Google Ads, TikTok, and SEO content.

This is not a creative role. Our team supplies the creative. You build the campaigns, wire up the tracking, read the numbers, and d ---------- what to do next.

• 5% raise on each work anniversary
• Prorated 13th-month pay
• 10 PTO days + 5 paid holidays per year (after 90 days)
• Pay every two weeks with Wise
• Direct work with the founder and dev team
