TikTok Shop Video Editor — Ongoing Work, Per-Video Pay + Speed Bonuses

We are Go Viral, an app for TikTok and TikTok Shop creators. Our app cuts and prepares creator videos with AI, and our in-house team of human editors polishes and finishes those videos before they get posted. We are growing the editor team and looking for more editors who want steady, ongoing work.

This is per-video gig work, not a fixed-schedule job. Videos come in throughout the day from creators. You pick up videos when you are available, edit them to the brief, and get paid for every video you complete. Our busiest hours are roughly 4 PM to midnight US Eastern time, but videos arrive at other hours too, and fast turnaround is rewarded (see the speed bonus below).

The work is short-form vertical video for TikTok Shop creators: product demos, UGC-style ads, reviews, and everyday creator content. Most edits are polishes of an existing cut (tighten pacing, clean cuts, captions, hooks, overlays). Some are full edits from raw footage, and client videos pay more.

What you will do:

• Polish and finish short-form vertical videos (mostly 15–60 seconds) for TikTok Shop creators
• Tighten pacing, fix dead air and retakes, add captions, text overlays, and hooks
• Follow a short per-video brief and match each creator's style
• Turn videos around fast — our target is 30–45 minutes per video
• Communicate clearly if a video has a problem or a brief is unclear

Requirements:

• Real experience editing short-form vertical video (TikTok, Reels, or Shorts)
• Fast and reliable in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or a similar editor
• Good eye for pacing, hooks, and what makes a TikTok Shop video sell
• Stable internet connection and a computer that can handle daily video work
• Can follow a brief exactly and hit turnaround times
• Available during at least some of our busy hours (afternoon/evening US time is a plus, not a requirement)

Pay (per completed video, paid for every video you finish):

• Quick polish: $0.60
• Full polish: $1.20
• Heavy edit: $2.40
• Standard client video: $1.20
• Premium client video: $2.40
• Concept pay: $0.18 per approved concept
• Speed bonus: +$0.50 for any video delivered in under 30 minutes
