Virtual Assistant Wanted: Right-Hand to a Growing Ecommerce Coach

Want to work alongside an eCommerce coach who runs a thriving community, a group coaching program, 1:1 clients AND has built and sold product brands herself?

Hi, I’m Han, founder of Flourish with Hannah. I help product-based small business owners grow their brands organically on Instagram and TikTok through content that actually sells. No paid ads, no chasing followers, just real stories, real community and real sales.

I’m looking for a proactive, switched-on VA to be my right-hand woman. Someone who can take my (many!) big ideas for challenges, freebies, launches and resources and turn them into reality, while keeping the day-to-day running smoothly so I can stay in my zone of genius: coaching and creating.

The Role

Part-time: starting at 8 hours per week, with room to grow for the right person
Flexible hours between 8am and 6pm Vietnam time (ICT, GMT+7)

What You’ll Do

Inbox and calendar management, including booking client calls and setting up ongoing zoom links and sending to 1:1 clients.
Supporting Flourish Society, my paid community: onboarding new members, managing our ---------- , running challenges and giveaways
Supporting Thrive, my 6-month group coaching program, including launch prep and client check-ins
Writing and scheduling email campaigns and automated flows
Repurposing my Instagram and TikTok content into email s, freebies and resources
Building and updating products, sales pages and checkouts in Stan Store
Setting up and maintaining automations (stanstore comment triggers, email flows)
Creating Canva graphics, workbooks, slides and client resources (also in google docs or canva)
Tracking payments and following up on failed or bounced subscriptions in Stripe
Simple KPI reporting (members, sales, launch numbers)
Replying to Instagram comments and DMs in my voice

You’re Confident In (must haves)

Stan Store for creators (products, checkout pages and sales pages)
Stripe (subscriptions, payment links, failed payments)
Canva
Claude (using AI to draft, repurpose and organise content and resources)

Email marketing (writing, building and scheduling campaigns and automated flows in platforms like stan store, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar)
Copywriting: you can write email s, sales pages and captions that sound human, warm and fun, not robotic

You Are

Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
A clear, warm communicator (our community is everything to me)
Experienced as a VA (1+ years)
strong eye for design and creating google docs
Ideally experienced in a coaching, online business or eCommerce space
Someone who sees a messy idea and gets excited to organise it
Strong in written English

You Must Have

Reliable internet
Your own computer
Zoom for our team catch-ups

Bonus Points If You

Can edit short-form video in CapCut or InShot
Know your way around Shopify or ----------
